Application

EXCLUDER2000™ is a premium mesh sand screen that performs in the most challenging of environments including open hole horizontals, short radius wells, re-entries and offers added protection for any gravel pack/frac-pack application. Its mere design enables improved sand retention and plugging resistance along with increased inflow area and minimizes erosion issues associated with high velocities.

The EXCLUDER2000™ Screen performs in the most challenging of environments including openhole horizontals, short radius wells and re-entries and offers added protection for any gravel pack/frac pack situation.

The BAKERWELD™ Inner Jacket Screen opening is sized 25 µm larger than the vector membrane and offers secondary formation solids control. It acts as a drainage layer with superior flow convergence due to the wire’s geometry.

The Vector Membrane provides an increased inflow area, minimizing problems associated with high inflow velocities. The uniform weave openings allow for stringent sizing quality control during the manufacturing process and greater accuracy in selecting the proper weave size to formation particle size.

The Vector Shroud allows for safe placement without worrying about the screen’s integrity once in place. This also provides flow diversion during production that increases the screens’ longevity by minimizing erosional effects from formation material.

By mounting the filter cartridge on perforated base pipe maximum tensile, compression and collapse performance is achieved The pipe is available in standard oil field sizes to cover most hole sizes.
