Electronic Gauges
The number of applications for downhole pressure and temperature gauges is extensive. From understanding reservoir characteristics with early development wells to monitoring the performance of water injection wells, the need for permanent downhole monitoring is becoming almost universally accepted. With literally hundreds of wells currently being monitored with Baker Hughes Well Monitoring technology, the question is now, why not monitor every well?
