Flexible downhole equipment combined with powerful surface systems and energy sources. On every survey, from a checkshot to a 4-D VSP, seismic specialists are equipped with precision downhole seismic sensors, a variety of energy sources, and the latest in digital data acquisition systems to deliver superior data quality. Surveys are conducted using Single Level Receivers (SLR) and Multi-Level Receivers (MLR) in vertical, deviated, and horizontal wells to efficiently tie surface seismic data to petrophysical parameters, improving reservoir characterization.

Baker Atlas utilizes a purpose-built, integrated borehole seismic data acquisition system. This system combines powerful surface recording computers and multiple 3-component downhole receivers with integrated energy source controller and navigation systems to provide the most accurate information in less time. Baker Atlas continues it′s tradition of innovation with the proprietary Buried Airgun Array. Until now, buried airgun was available only as a single-gun option with Atlas′ new array you get the benefits of a buried gun with the increased power of an array.
