1. ARE YOU A NEW USER?
Sign up now to gain access to the personalized information and e-business solutions on BakerHughesDirect.
Click here if you are a Baker Hughes
customer
and would like to start the registration process.
Baker Hughes internal users must login to BakerHughesDirect with their BHI Network ID and password. If you have forgotten your password please go to Password Help (only available through the BHI Intranet) to reset your password and try again in 15 minutes or contact SOLV.
2. FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?
If you are a customer or a supplier and have forgotten your password you can easily get a new one. All you need is the e-mail address used when you registered for the account on BakerHughesDirect.
Fill out the Password Request Form
and a new temporary password will be e-mailed to you. You may then create a new password the next time you login.
3. FORGOT YOUR USER ID?
If you are a customer or a supplier and and have forgotten your User ID, you can easily retrieve it. All you need is the e-mail address used when you registered for the account on BakerHughesDirect.
Fill out the Password Request Form and a
new temporary password will be e-mailed to you along with you User ID.
You can then reset your password back to the one of your choice the next time you login.
