Womens Resource Groups
Baker Hughes will be a stronger, diverse and increasingly competitive
global business when we recruit and develop more women to take
responsible roles in our company. To further this goal, Baker Hughes
has formed regionally based Women’s Resource Groups, sponsored by
the CEO and the entire senior management team.
The Womens Resource Groups are designed to build organizational
diversity awareness, enhance attraction and retention efforts, and
support new and on-going developmental activities aligned with
career and business leadership.
