Baker Hughes Service Tools and Remedial Systems now include QUIK Drill Composite products, the most dynamic portfolio in the product line. As domestic and international market requirements shift, experience, knowledge and new technologies are applied to create innovative products. The Service Tools and Remedial Systems product lines have met significant challenges like the development of the GTV LOK-SET Retrievable Bridge Plug. The GTV design was qualified to the V0 acceptance criterion, as defined by the API Specification / ISO 14310 14310:2001 (E) Standard. The knowledge gained during the research and development on the GTV design has prepared us to tackle similar demands for future products.

• Compression Packers - The compression-set service packers are an array of accessories available to aid in field operations.

• Control valves and Surge Valves - Control valves are accessory tools that have functions like controlling flow-back in the workstring while running and pulling a retrievable service packer assembly from the well.

• Heavy Duty Compression Packers - The versatile line of Heavy Duty Compression-Set Service Packers can be used as hurricane plugs or run in a liner hanger hook-up for one-trip liner-top testing and squeezing.

• Retrievable Bridge Plugs - Baker Hughes Retrievable Bridge Plugs are reliable, versatile and can be used with threaded pipe, coiled tubing or electric wireline.

• Setting Tools, Stinger Subs and Wireline Accessories - Setting Tools allow products to be set on wireline, coiled tubing and threaded pipe. Stinger Subs incorporate a snap-in, snap-out, latch-type that provides surface indication of the stinger being landed in the cement retainer, giving assurance that the valve is open or closed. Wireline Accessories help determining if the wellbore is large enough to permit subsequent passage of wireline tools to cleaning junk and debris from the wellbore.

• Tension-Set Service Packers and Accessories - The Baker Hughes Tension-set Service Packer makes an ideal tool for pressure pumping operations where weight is limited.
