Turn-key Solutions

PMG offers full turn key project management services for you pipeline cleaning project. From project design, logistics and implementation, to waste testing, permitting and disposal, PMG provides the services necessary to make your cleaning project worry free.

Solids Screening

We begin by conducting a solids screening and chemical analysis of the deposits in your line to determine if they are black powder (iron oxide), corrosion by-products, mineral scale, water, or wax like deposits. Determining the chemical composition of the deposits allows for the correct chemical and mechanical cleaning processes to be used.

Design of the Program

Once the nature of the deposits is determined, we select the appropriate SURFSWEEP^® cleaning solution and the optimum mechanical design of the cleaning pigs to achieve your specific goals. An experienced PMG project manager will be responsible for designing a comprehensive turn key program specifically for your needs.

Waste Disposal

At the conclusion of the cleaning program PMG, in conjunction with an industrial waste disposal company, will dispose of all liquid and solid waste in an environmentally conscientious manner. Our SURFSWEEP cleaning solutions work efficiently so smaller volumes of waste products are generated.
