CPIG™ In-Line Inspection Services
Starting with a clean sheet of paper in 2001, CPIG engineers
designed the entire fleet of CPIG tools from the chassis up
employing pipeline friendly mechanical and electronic design
attributes. CPIG tools not only provide the highest data quality but
are capable of inspecting pipelines previously un-piggable by
competitive ILI vendors.
Mechanical Attributes
By a wide margin over all other ILI tools, CPIG tools employ design
features that allow for the most difficult pipelines to be inspected
by high resolution MFL technology without costly modifications. Our
pipeline-friendly attributes minimize costly operational issues
related to pigging and maximizes the probability of first run
success.
Electronic Attributes

Combo Technology
Integrating metal loss, caliper and inertial GPS mapping technology on
one tool allows for the collection of 3 data sets in one, cost
effective run. This improves data integration quality while
minimizing the additional operational costs of redundant runs.
Mechanical Damage Detection
Combining our high resolution MFL metal loss and caliper data and
applying an intensive analysis process, PMG provides the most
accurate mechanical detection in the industry.
