AuRACOR™ C-101 Encapsulated Corrosion Inhibitor
AuRACOR C-101 Encapsulated Corrosion Inhibitor is designed to provide long-term corrosion control for down hole equipment. The product gradually releases corrosion inhibitor into the produced fluid which means fewer treatments are needed. You get more consistent, continuous-like control for corrosion problems in your oil wells in a convenient batch application.
AuRACOR™ C-201 Encapsulated Inhibitor for Pipelines
AuRACOR C-201 Encapsulated Corrosion Inhibitor is designed to provide long-term corrosion control for pipelines, flowlines and production distribution networks. This unique time release inhibitor was engineered to reside in low spots in undulating pipeline networks where produced water typically pools. The corrosion inhibitor is released gradually into the produced fluid, forming a protective layer over the inside of the pipeline wall. This approach results in fewer treatments and more consistent control for corrosion problems in the flowlines of lower flow gas production wells.

The XTEND CONTINUOUS PROTECTION PROGRAM employs breakthrough technology to maximize equipment life and minimize downtime and production losses for producing oil wells. XTEND CONTINUOUS PROTECTION PROGRAM Inhibitors have a unique time-release capability and offer all the advantages of continuous inhibitor feed with the convenience of a truck-applied batch treatment program.
It's like having the benefit of a chemical pump without a pump or chemicals stored at the wellhead. The XTEND
CONTINUOUS PROTECTION PROGRAM is available in three application forms:
- XP 200 corrosion inhibitor
- XP 300 corrosion and paraffin inhibitor (multi-functional product)
- XP 400 corrosion and scale inhibitor (multi-functional product)

CRONOX FILM PLUS Corrosion Control Program
CRONOX FILM PLUS Corrosion Control Program is a batch treatment inhibitor that outlasts conventional inhibitors. It remains in place two to four times longer than conventional oil-soluble or water-dispersible inhibitors. While extending the typical film life expectations, it also provides 25-50% better protection from sweet or sour corrosion.
CRONOX FILM-PLUS Corrosion Inhibitor is stable at bottom hole temperatures up to 350°F. It is effective in both oil and gas wells, including rod-pumped oil wells, submersible-pumped or gas lifted oil wells, and high pressure, high temperature gas/condensate wells. A CRONOX FILM-PLUS Program will improve your overall profitability by reducing costs, increasing treatment intervals and lowering failure rates.
