Produced Gas Re-Injection
Produced gas from oilfield operations is often re-injected to replace voidage in the oil producing zone and maintain formation pressure. Produced gas often contains high fractions of acid gases that can lead to corrosion and fouling issues in reinjection equipment. Hydrocarbon deposits in gas reinjection systems can lead to system and formation fouling that can lead to high injection pressures and low injection rates. This, in turn, can have substantial negative impact on production, not to mention costs associated with injection well cleanup and remediation.
Baker Hughes understands gas injection, and has a complete line of products and expert services to keep injection systems clean and operating at peak efficiency. We help you maximize your production safely and efficiently.
