First Gulf of Mexico Riser Lift ESP System
|
Description
Centrilift subsea production solutions incorporate the most technologically advanced electrical submersible pumping (ESP) systems available today. The Centrilift enhanced run life system design, in conjunction with unmatched manufacturing and quality control processes and sophisticated applications engineering and surveillance services, maximize reliability in harsh environments and applications with high intervention costs.
The enhanced run life system improvements do not stop at the factory door. In all areas of ESP system life cycle - from applications engineering and design using Centrilifit's state-of-the-art AutographPC sizing and simulation software to installation by the industry's most experienced subsea teams to remote control and condition monitoring via Centrilift's WellLink well to web technology - the enhanced run life system has been proven to exceed reliability expectations.
In addition to the enhanced run life system technology, Centrilift subsea system leverage the industry's most advanced gas handling ESP components. The Centrilift multi-phase pump is specifically designed to handle high gas volume fractions (GVF), which is particularly important for seabed boosting systems where gas content can be significant the patented split vane impeller design is the key to keeping gas from accumulating in the pump and locking the ESP system, allowing the system to handle 60% to 70% GVF.
All Centrilift enhanced run life ESP Systems have also undergone extensive testing under viscous conditions up to 2500 cp. All viscosity correction factors are input into AutographPC to ensure the most accurate possible applications specific system design.
HIGH PRESSURE GAS TEST LOOP
Centrilift tests all of its advanced gas handling technology in a state-of-the-art high pressure gas test loop. This unique, highly instrumented testing facility is the only one of its kind in the industry and allows Centrilift engineers to optimize ESP pump designs to offer the best results in applications with high GVF.
VISCOSITY TEST LOOP
Centrilift's closed loop viscosity testing facility allows Centrilift research and development engineers to evaluate the performance of ESP pump technology in viscous fluid at high flow rates. Centrilift is the only company with a full understanding of the performance envelope.
STAGE DESIGN
The Centrilift multi-phase fluid pump is specially designed to handle high GVF, which is important in seabed boosting applications where high % gas content in the fluid is common.
