Description
Complete high pressure surface pumping systems with reduced life cycle cost
Since the early 1980's the Centrilift HPump system has provided customers with low maintenance and low Life Cycle Cost (LCC) service. Contributing to the systems low maintenance is the systems simplicity. The core of the system is a multistage centrifugal pump, a thrust chamber, and a conventional surface motor mounted to a sturdy skid. The multistage centrifugal pump is capable of up to 5,000 psi with a design proven in 10,000's of applications worldwide. The thrust chamber performance has been optimized with over a 1,000 R&D test hours in a world class test bench and field applications since the 1980's. The 2 pole motor is a time tested, proven design. If flexible intake and discharge hoses are chosen, no foundation is required as a result of the sturdy skid design. Peripheral options are variable speed drives, intake pressure monitoring, discharge pressure monitoring, thrust chamber oil temperature monitoring, vibration monitoring, various seal configurations, various metallurgies, and engine drives.
The simplicity of design means a low maintenance and reliable system with a short lead time. Customers have reported reduced Life Cycle Costs (LCC) resulting from maintenance costs reductions of 65-88%. The ruggedness of design means the systems are especially suited for installation in and transportation to an unsheltered, unforgiving environment. The tolerant standard design allows for hot and cold ambient conditions, hot fluid temperatures, and solids up to 100 ppm. The mechanical seal configurations are well suited in sensitive environmental discharges areas.
