Description
WellLIFT™ down-hole sensor system was designed by experts with more than a decade of experience in the design and supply of down-hole sensors. WellLIFT has completed an extensive test program to ensure industry leading performance and reliability.
The WellLIFT system offers a new generation of monitoring benefits. Numerous down-hole, surface and diagnostic parameters are exclusive to the WellLIFT sensor, allowing operators a higher level of well management compared to any other comms-on power system.
The user friendly WellLIFT data interface is a GCS compatible plug and play system. The data interface is easily integrated into GCS variable speed drives and switchboards or can be a stand-alone display unit. The WellLIFT data output is in ModBus format for easy connection to existing SCADA systems.
The WellLIFT package provides the following parameters:
• Intake pressure • Fluid temperature • Motor temperature • Electronics temperature • Discharge pressure • Discharge temperature • Vibration (X and Y axis) • Current leakage • Phase voltage to ground (A,B and C) • Run time • Signal noise percentage • Gauge system voltage • Output frequency
