The Centrilift manufacturing, service and repair facilities use a variety of procedural, training and testing processes to ensure product integrity. Specifically, the manufacturing facility has the following operational mandates:
• Use employee knowledge
• Gauge performance by quality, not by volume
• Make only what is needed
• Control core competencies
• Test every unit
|

| |
Centrilift employs a production equipment testing program. While it is common in the industry to use sampling or point of process methods, 100% of Centrilift‘s motors, pumps, seals, cables, drives and switchboards are performance tested and must meet required test parameters before being shipped. Equipment test results are available on request and historical information is maintained over the life of the system. Centrilift’s inspection program is augmented by a variety of sophisticated monitoring and testing equipment unparalleled in the industry.

Centrilift has a tradition of providing world class quality. Our customers have acknowledged this by specifying Centrilift products and services in steadily increasing numbers. Centrilift recognizes that quality products and services are the primary reason we have enjoyed strong growth since 1988.
Today, Centrilift has the leading position in the ESP industry and is expanding into new markets. In order to continue that success, Centrilift is reinforcing its commitment to world class quality through ISO 9001:2000 certifications at key locations around the world.
Centrilift is the only ESP manufacturer in the world with
ISO 9001 certification for pumps, cable and variable speed drives. Centrilift is also the first ESP manufacturer to have achieved certification to ISO 9001 since March 2002. Det Norske Veritas (DNV) has certified Centrilift's pump and cable manufacturing plants in Claremore, and Tulsa, Oklahoma, as having quality systems conforming to ISO 9001:2000 quality standards. These are Centrilift's primary manufacturing facilities and supply products and components to our regional operations around the world. |

| A STAR Facility |
| |
| During the summer of 2005, Centrilift pump operations was recognized by the Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) as a STAR site facility. STAR site status is an acknowledgement by OSHA that the facility’s comprehensive health and safety program goes beyond the regulatory requirements and is OSHA's official recognition of the outstanding efforts of the employees and employer who have achieved exemplary occupational safety and health results. The STAR status achievement places Centrilift pump operations in an elite group of less than 1,200 U.S. companies out of approximately 6,000,000 to be recognized for such an accomplishment by the United States Department of Labor. |
