Centrilift’s position as the ESP industry technology leader is due in part to the company’s state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities. Centrilift’s primary manufacturing plants are located at its headquarters in Claremore, Oklahoma, including the pump and variable speed drive plant and the cable manufacturing facility. An additional manufacturing facility is located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Each facility uses the latest technology combined with innovative manufacturing processes to deliver a superior pumping system at the lowest total cost of ownership. |

The Centrilift headquarters in Claremore was designed and constructed specifically for the manufacture of ESP systems. With constant consideration for quality control, Centrilift professionals check products moving through manufacturing again and again, ensuring ESP system components meet the toughest customer standards.
Pumps, motors, seals, gas separators, variable speed drives, horizontal pumping systems and down-hole sensors are all manufactured in Claremore. Consolidation of major system components in one manufacturing facility provides optimum cross product coordination, resulting in an innovative manufacturing and design process that delivers a superior pumping system at the lowest possible cost. |

The power cable manufacturing facility was constructed in 1983, providing Centrilift with control over all major system components. The cable plant designs and manufactures a complete line of electrical cables for the petroleum industry and industrial mining and water applications.
Similar to the headquarters manufacturing facility, the cable plant underwent an expansion in late 1997, increasing manufacturing space to 20,726 square meters (223,092.8 square feet). The cable operation employs more than 200 people.
The cable manufacturing facility is second to none in the industry, combining state-of-the-art equipment and computerized test facilities to develop a wide range of cable products for a variety of applications. The Centriline® cable offering includes lead sheath cable, capillary tube cable for chemical injection and Fluoro Barrier™ cable for harsh conditions.

Centrilift acquired its Tulsa, Oklahoma, manufacturing facility in the fall of 1997 with the purchase of Oil Dynamics Inc. The facility has 12,542 square meters (135,001 square feet) of manufacturing and office space with more than 150 people. It provides Centrilift with the consolidated manufacturing space necessary to meet customer demand and develop additional products and services to proactively meet market requirements. The facility houses the progressing cavity pump product lines as well as North American assembly and distribution. |
