The MVP™ Multi-Vane Pump is an important addition to the winning team of Centrilift gas handling solutions. MVP is the Most Valuable Player when operators need to lift more fluid or reduce horsepower in wells with high gas to liquid ratios.


MVP can be configured to improve production from any well with high gas content in the fluid. MVP can be used alone or employed as a charge pump with a standard electrical submersible pumping (ESP) system. MVP also can be combined with a gas separator for extremely high gas applications. MVP features a unique, patented impeller design that offers substantial benefits to operators.

  • Split vane design prevents gas accumulation
in the impeller and allows for successful pumping of well fluids with high gas content.
         
  • Steep vane exit angle confers high momentum to the fluid exiting the impeller. This translates into the highest lift per stage of any gas handling stage in the industry.
         
  • Oversized balance holes assist in managing
thrust and gas handling.
         
  • Abrasion resistant configuration MVP pumps are part of the Centrilift Centurion™ pump line. They are typically constructed as severe service duty (SSD) models to handle high levels of abrasives in the well fluid.
