At Centrilift customer service is an on-going process that begins by use of premium design software that ensures correct sizing for each application. Once an ESP system has been delivered, Centrilift continues its commitment to quality by offering comprehensive customer training and outstanding field service programs.

Centrilift provides worldwide field service to all of its clients. There are over 500 qualified service specialists who strive to provide best-in-class performance and customer satisfaction to even the remotest locations. Services include:

Centrilift Training

Centrilift offers high quality technical training for both customers and employees. This training is designed to help our customers maximize system run-life and production while reducing overall operating cost. Training is conducted at Centrilift’s World Wide Headquarters’ Educational Development Center (EDC) in Claremore, Oklahoma. The EDC is a 13,600 square foot training facility with three multimedia equipped classrooms and a variable speed drive lab.

Additionally the instructors can travel to all regions of the world to meet the training needs of our regional customers and employees. In addition to the EDC, Centrilift has regional training facilities located in Aberdeen, Scotland; Dubai, UAE; Mendoza, Argentina; and Tulsa, Oklahoma

System Design Software

AutographPC^® with the Simulator is the only ESP design software that demonstrates how changing well bore conditions impact an ESP in real and accelerated time. The Simulator adds the time variable to sizing so the user can see the dynamics of the well in conjunction with the pump operating point. Critical, dynamic conditions during startup and well draw down are revealed. This is a unique advantage that can improve run-life by predicting speeds that will reduce system stress during startup.

Engineering Services

Centrilift ESP systems rely on the expertise of Product Engineering, Applications Engineering, Project Management and the System Run Life Group to ensure quality from design through manufacture to application and performance. Working in concert, these engineering groups create an ESP platform of excellence with science and experience. As a result, Centrilift systems are robust, reliable production and transfer tools that deliver value in a wide variety of applications and environments.

Product Engineering

Product Engineers create the heart of ESP systems from decades of centrifugal pump experience using the latest computer design programs. They concentrate on fine-tuning and perfecting reliable designs that have been proven in applications around the globe. Cutting edge innovations evolve from dependable products.

System Run Life Group

Through detailed examination of thousands of systems worldwide, Centrilift engineers conduct forensic analyses that help them identify the keys to system run-life. From this information, they compile application databases. This knowledge base is then applied to Design and Applications Engineering as well as Project Management and Global Field Service.

Applications Engineering

The first step in deploying an ESP system for optimum performance is a review of all application data. Using this information and employing industry leading AutographPC sizing and simulation software, Centrilift Application Engineers specify systems fit-for-purpose for the unique requirements of each application. 

Project Management

If required, ESP system details can be project managed at all stages of production and delivery. Project Managers at Centrilift have experience with systems built for the widest variety of production environments throughout the world. This experience is invaluable as they track and manage each project from design, through manufacturing, testing and shipping.
