New Login Portal Replaces Baker Hughes Direct

Baker Hughes has replaced the Baker Hughes Direct customer portal with a new portal. We listened to feedback from you,
our customers, and as a result the new portal is faster, easier to use, and more secure
.

One-time actions required to confirm your account: 

Please follow the steps below at first log in; if you have difficulty accessing the site, please clear your cache and cookies.

  1. Navigate to https://connect.bakerhughes.com and log in with the same username and password
    you previously used for Baker Hughes Direct.  If you do not remember your credentials, please
    contact us for support using the information at the bottom of this message.
  2. Review the Terms & Conditions and click Accept to indicate your agreement.
  3. Review the list of security questions and respond to any four. You will use these responses
    should you ever need to reset your password in the future.
  4. Click Log Out, then close your browser. If using a mobile device, be sure to clear your browser
    cache.

Accessing your applications using the Baker Hughes Portal:

Once you have completed the one-time actions above, follow these steps to log in every time:

  1. Navigate to https://ros.bakerhughes.com and log in with the same username and password you
    previously used for Baker Hughes Direct. You may also use your email address in place of your
    username. Feel free to save https://ros.bakerhughes.com
    as a bookmark, as this is the new,
    permanent URL, to access our services.  
     
  1. Locate your desired application within one of the three tabs in the center of the screen.Links to
    all of the Remote Operations Services applications are within the Tabs.   

  1. Click on your desired application to Launch it. Note:many applications will automatically log you
    in, while for some, this functionality is still under development.   

   Support

    If you encounter issues in launching https://connect.bakerhughes.com or
   https://ros.bakerhughes.com, ensure both of these URLs are added to your company's firewall whitelist.
